Key Dialogue lines are kept in the database for searching. Since they can be fairly long, they aren’t included in the Tags list due to space constraints. They are counted in your tag total as a single tag.

Most likely it’s because you are trying to select a strip that is within the 2-week embargo period. Our strips are delayed by two weeks from publication date due to syndicate restrictions. Take a look below the strip. There will probably be a notice telling you that. Also, to the right of the strip, above the calendar, it will tell you the most recent strip that can be accessed at the time. If there is no alert regarding the delay, please contact the Webmaster.

Yes, you can. If you notice that someone missed a tag that might be important to searching for that strip, please add it. Duplicate tags will not be entered or included in your tagging totals--only new tags.

You can add either a typed tag or a Quick Tag later, as long as you’ve only entered in a Key Dialogue Line previously. If you have entered in a typed or Quick Tag, the only thing you can add later is a Key Dialogue Line entry.
